1999年出生於桃園，大學時期主修新聞，目前就讀國立臺南藝術大學動畫藝術與影像美學研究所。有感於在新聞領域的相關經驗，關注面向包含社會時事、文化保存等相關議題。作品多以錄像結合互動裝置作為其表現手法，嘗試在對話與反思間交互揉合，試圖創造出另一條與社會溝通的途徑。
Meng-Fan Huang was born in Taoyuan in 1999, she majored in journalism during her college years, and is studying at the Graduate Institute of Animation and Film Art at Tainan National University of the Arts.
Based on the experience in the field of journalism, she focuses on issues related to social current affairs and cultural preservation. Her works are mostly based on video and interactive installations, attempting to create another way to communicate with the society by mixing dialogues and reflections.
