一九九四年生於義大利斯基奧（Schio）。2022年畢業於威尼斯美術學院，主要從事繪畫，同時也涉足雕塑、攝影及影像藝術。目前於威尼斯專職創作，並作為NOTSpace虛擬空間的策展人，他曾在2022年帕多瓦Start獎等藝術競賽中獲獎，並受到義大利各地畫廊和藝術評論家的關注。
馬泰奧的繪畫風格具象且富有情感，他的創作受到培根、孟克等大師的影響，善於捕捉現代社會中個人的孤獨感和內心掙扎，並深入探討自我認同與人際關係的聯繫。但同時也發展出他獨特的繪畫語言，透過快速的筆觸和顏色表現，捕捉當下的即時性與美感，使得作品真實且具有詩意。
Born in 1994 in Schio, Italy. Graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice in 2022, primarily focused on painting, while also involved in sculpture, photography, and video art. Currently working full-time in Venice, he also serves as the curator of the NOTSpace virtual collective. He won awards in art competitions, including the 2022 Padova Start Award, and has received attention from galleries and art critics across Italy.
Matteo’s painting style is figurative and emotionally expressive. His work is influenced by masters like Bacon and Munch, and he captures the sense of loneliness and inner struggle of individuals in modern society, deeply exploring themes of self-identity and interpersonal relationships. At the same time, he has developed his own unique artistic language, using quick brushstrokes and color expressions to capture the immediacy and beauty of the moment, making his work authentic and poetic.
