某日下午當陽光照進桌上的玻璃杯時,那美妙的光線照進杯子撒出的光線投射在桌上像飛扶壁所映照的光線一樣,聖歌盤旋在空氣中,桌上的杯子己不是杯子,而是神聖的教堂,飛扶壁的光線就是人類與心靈平安之處連結的方式,充滿著虔誠與靜謐。人在這喧嘩的俗世如何能夠求得內心的平安和喜悅呢?當光照進杯子發光的那一刻,在凝視的當下進入當下的臨在,進入內在存在的中心與真我相會,從光影的凝視中我們體會到人類不僅僅是物理上的存在,更是精神上的存在。若空杯心態了悟透過光與影的合一,我們即穿越內在光明與陰暗合一成為愛的本身。這件作品的繪畫風格保留了東方的線條性,也同時發展了空間感,它成為一個東西方合並的狀態,跨越文化的交界,用藝術家獨特的視角去詮釋光線與物體及空間的關係,並延伸了想像與精神的聯繫。

One afternoon when the sun shines into the glass cups on the table, the wonderful light shining into the glass spreads out the light projected on the table like the light reflected by the wall of Fei Fu, the hymn hovering in the air, the glass on the table but is not just a cup, but a sacred church, the light of Fei Fu is the way of human beings and the peace of mind to connect, full of piety and tranquility. How can one seek inner peace and joy in this noisy world? When the light shines into the cup at the moment of luminosity, in the gaze of the moment into the presence of the moment, into the center of existence and the true self, from the gaze of light and shadow we realize that human beings are not only physical existence, but also spiritual existence. If we realize the unity of light and shadow through the empty cup mentality, we will cross the inner light and darkness to become love itself. The painting style of this work retains the linearity of the East, but at the same time develops a sense of space, which becomes a state of East meets West, crossing cultural boundaries, interpreting the relationship between light, objects and space from the artist's unique perspective, and extending the connection between imagination and spirituality.
