Born in Fukuoka in 1982. Isayamax’s work is “a loop to the modern age of the 70’s women’s liberation, war, sci-fi and occult boom” and “to complement the 70’s girls’ manga that has been spilled from ‘superflat'”. Using the girl’s illustration technique he has cultivated over many years, he sublimates and expresses the domestic girl’s POP context rooted in shojo manga and kawaii culture, which are closely related to bijinga and illustration.
