關於

Ryoma Noda is a sculptor who employs traditional lacquerware techniques such as makie and the hollow-dry method to “preserve as art” the constant changes in nature, society and culture.

Frequently using bananas and insects as motifs, his works express the formative beauty of nature and the stories which exist behind it, creating “emblems of positivity” that instill viewers with the energy to move forward.
