曾仕猷畢業於國立台灣師範⼤學美術學系，前往法國巴黎留學深造。創作嘗試多元媒材，呈現出各種不同⾯貌的創作風格。知名藝評家Jerry Saltz曾撰寫”When From and Content Meet- The Art of SieurTzen”形容曾仕猷：「非常多⾯的藝術家，不將⾃⼰限制在任何媒體風格、尺⼨，或技巧上。除了繪畫之外，他也做裝置藝術。」、「在作品中灌注了驚⼈的代入，他和作品之間如此的⽔乳交融，其個⼈的虛榮⾃負似乎不成其為問題。」，除了油畫，曾仕猷於七〇年代開始於巴黎及紐約從事⾏動及⾏為藝術創作，2015年國立歷史博物館舉辦「曾仕猷七⼗個展」。1991年⾸次在阿波羅畫廊發表錄像作品，⾄今五次個展、多次聯展合作，以及參與台北國際藝術博覽會、韓國濟州島藝術博覽會等。
Sieur Tzen, a graduate of the Department of Fine Arts at National Taiwan Normal University, pursued further studies in Paris, France. His creative endeavors involve exploring diverse mediums, showcasing various artistic styles and expressions. Renowned art critic Jerry Saltz once wrote
about Sieur Tzen in "When Form and Content Meet - The Art of Sieur Tzen," describing him as a "multifaceted artist who does not limit himself to any specific media, style, size, or technique. In addition to painting, he also engages in installation art." Saltz further noted, "His works are infused with
astonishing empathy, and the fusion between him and his artwork is so complete that his personal vanity and self-importance seem inconsequential." Apart from oil painting, Sieur Tzen has been involved in performance and action art in Paris and New York since the 1970s. In 2015, the National Museum of History held the exhibition "Sieur Tzen: Seventy Works." In 1991, he premiered his video artwork at Apollo Art Gallery, and since then has held five solo exhibitions, participated in numerous group exhibitions, and taken part in events such as the Taipei International Art Fair and the Jeju Island Art Fair in South Korea.
