木離雕刻藝術家-關口惠美，用她嶄新的視野呈現與眾不同的孩童與女人形象的作品。作品中帶著堅定與溫柔,真實地刻劃出一曲曲回憶的高歌,一斜斜浮雲間的暖陽。她的一刀一刻都透著對藝術的堅貞,對創作單純的信仰。在她的作品中，一邊是祈求著宇宙裡年輕生命的幸福，一邊是奚落在這蠻橫霸道的世界中無能為力的自己。將祈福與詛咒層層交織,將存在於心中矛盾卻又真實的情感,鋒利又溫柔地點滴滲入作品中。近年，她還參與日本知名雕刻家大森暁生的國分寺大日如來10年製作專案，將自身對作品製作的掌握度大大提升。在她柔軟又美麗的創作中,依著關口的隨意率性,觀者沈浮搖擺於過去與未來之際,來回穿梭在現實與想像之間。
Woodcarving artist Emi Sekiguchi's unique depictions of children and women showcase a fresh perspective with a firm yet gentle technique. Her art exudes steadfast devotion and pure faith in creation, portraying memories of songs and warmth of sunlight shining through clouds. Through her work, she prays for the happiness of young life while acknowledging her own helplessness in a world of tyranny and arrogance. She interweaves blessings and curses, and conflicting yet genuine emotions, resulting in a tender and sharp depiction. These years, she has enhanced her mastery of art production by participating in the 10-year production project of Kokubunji Dainichi nyorai, led by Japanese master sculptor - Akio Ohmori.
With her casual and spontaneous approach, her soft and beautiful creations transport us between the past and future, the reality and imagination.
