1950生於台北，台灣代最具代表性的攝影家之一。80年即於巴黎成名，活躍於歐洲攝影界，作品獲多個代表性美術館展覽及典藏。郭英聲的作品被國際藝家譽為心象攝影，透露著一種深沈的蒼涼與寂寞，近幾年也開始與時尚、廣告跨界合作,對影像美學影響甚鉅。
Ying-Shen Quo was born in 1950 and started his photography profession at age 19. He traveled to Paris in 1975 and studied photography in the Université Paris. He has been known in the photography field in Europe since the 80s. His several works are collected by many iconic art museums in Taiwan and oversea. Quo's works have been called 'mind-image photography" by international art critics, showing a deep sense of isolation and desolation. For several years, he has collaborated with fashion trends and the commercial industry. Ying-Shen has a huge amount of influence over the aesthetics of photography.
