「臻品藝術中心」自1990成立至今，以推動台灣當代藝術、提供藝術創作展演舞台，並肩負美術教育傳達的功能為成立宗旨，期許藝術創作者能在畫廊的支持下堅持創作理念，共同為台灣美術生態努力扎根。秉持這樣的精神，在長達33年的實踐與經驗累積之下，造就了不少目前活躍於藝術舞台的中青輩藝術家，隨著大環境影響藝術生態的改變，臻品仍堅持著推展台灣當代藝術的理念，希望能為台灣藝術史耕鑿出具影響力的一頁。

Business philosophy : To provide a exhibition stage for contemporary artistic creation and to convey the function of Art education. The promotion of artists and works of art, mainly on the new generation and the young artists in Taiwan, with open style and open creation.
