ZONE ART众藝術位於桃園市藝文特區，自2017年九月成立至今已有許多藝術家參與展出、舉辦工作坊與藝術活動，本次開放2022年度徵件計畫期望招募多元創新的藝術主題至桃園空間創造新火花，主題形式不拘，歡迎踴躍投件。
2022將以兩個項目進行OPEN CALL:
申請日期:即日起-9.30 24:00

一、众藝術空間展覽徵件
歷年徵選作品主要以當代藝術或工藝之創作為主，媒材、題材不限。
展覽空間面積約為8mx5m見方之白盒子空間。

1.申請資格
◉不限國籍，凡從事各項藝術相關工作個人與團體皆可投件。
◉申請計畫為首次公開發表作品。

2.展覽費用
◉租金：展覽以三週為一檔期，每一檔期場地租金為新台幣6000元。
◉基本費：每日新台幣150元計（週二至週日，12:00-18:00，每週六天，國定假日、休館日不計。）
◉展覽押金及保證金為新台幣3000元。
◎免費提供計畫補助諮詢。
◎協助派發新聞稿、廣告及製作一部藝術家短片。
◎邀請參展藝術家至每年一度的台灣當代一年展（花博園區）代表本空間展出。
◎如以桃園地方元素創作之展覽提案者(需特別註明以此為主題)，獲展者將免場租，僅收基本費，此展覽計畫須配合館內辦理講座、座談或工作坊。
◎免費提供一定數量的展燈、影像設備(投影機、電視及影音設備須以空間使用狀況調整)。

4.展覽空間使用規範：
為滿足當代藝術之多元廣泛且具實驗性的藝術展演形式。
我們所有牆面皆無掛畫軌道，牆面皆是木夾板可落釘，上方並置展覽投射燈軌與投影機架。
在展覽期間內，皆可自由應用所有牆面。僅需在撤展完後恢復原狀即可。

二、在地主題駐村徵件
众藝術期盼藝術進駐桃園，帶給城市產生擾動與環境對話，2019年众藝術與在地品牌非常人藝術生活家共同策劃多場在地藝術行動計畫，盤點在地多元都市環境，希望透過不同藝術觀點找出新文化與舊文史的再創與新生。

2022年將以桃園地景文化與灌溉河川作為駐村主題，以众藝術的主場桃園藝文特區進行環境資料調查與田野研究，從兩個已逝的河川作為藝術創作的行動計劃，招募各種不同領域藝術家進行藝術詮釋、對話性創作等多元方式參與。
駐村期間將提供簡單的4坪獨立空間(包含一張雙人床、一副桌椅)與10坪的交流開放性空間，藝術家可以在此空間進行創作的工作室。(創作空間可詳見附件檔案)

1.申請資格
◉不限國籍，凡從事各項藝術相關工作個人與團體皆可投件。

2.駐村時間
2022春季4-6月、夏秋季8-10月(3個月為一期)
如為大型計畫，可依計畫評選一次兩期駐村

3.駐村相關內容
◉駐村期間可以免費使用众藝術提供駐村工作室(非常人工作室)，可依工作室規範使用陶藝工作室設備(電窯、拉坏機、木工基礎設備等)
◉駐村期間作品須有一次公開發表展出，可選擇戶外(與水務局合作的藝文特區河川區域)或是众藝術館內展出。
◉協助獲選計畫者共同申請相關創作、展覽補助申請

2022 ZONE ART OPEN CALL

About us:
ZONE ART is an art space located in the arts & culture district of Taoyuan City. Established in September 2017, ZONE ART has presented lots of artists’ exhibitions, workshops and art events.

The open-call 2022 welcomes submissions for works around diverse themes and various art genres to make positive impacts in Taoyuan city. Feel free to be our applicant.

ZONE ART open-call 2022 will be based on two project:

ZONE ART: Exhibition Open-Call

• Our previous admission works were mainly based on contemporary art and craft creation.
• Works can be in any medium and concept.
• Exhibition area: 8m x 5m white cube.

(1) Eligibility
• Applicants are eligible from all art fields. This open call is not limited to age, nationality, gender and occupation.
• Artworks displayed in this project should be exhibited for the first time.

(2) Exhibition Fees and Support
• The exhibition is supposed to last for three weeks.
• Facility rental: NTD 6000 per schedule.
• Sanitation service fee: NTD 150 per day (Tue-Sun, 12:00-18:00, six days a week, not including public holidays and closing date.)
• Exhibition deposit and margin: NTD 3000.
-We provide free advisory services for subsidy projects.
-We support press releases and advertisements for exhibitions.
-We filmed an introduction clip for each artist.
-We will invite past exhibited artists as the delegate of Zone Art to participate in the Taiwan Annual exhibition.
-Proposals whose exhibition theme focuses on local culture of Taoyuan may defray fees without facility rental and exhibition deposit (applicants should particularly state the relation to the local project). In this case, successful artists/groups should hold seminars and workshops in cooperation with ZONE ART.
-Display lighting and basic equipment for visual and audio art are available.

(4)Exhibition Facility and User Guide
• Picture hanging systems are not applicable.
• Plywood walls are available for exhibition purpose.
• Track lighting and projector tripod are available.
• Please restore the exhibition corner to its former condition after dismantling the display.

Open-Call: Artist-in-Residence Program

Zone Art is an art space dedicated to the input of art culture in Taoyuan. We focus on local environmental changes and cultural events. In the hope of promoting continuous dialogues between cultural development and artistic creation in this city, since 2019, Zone Art has initiated lots of local projects with our comrade “VP Arthouse”, and we highly expect to create more communications on cultural, natural, and historical aspects of Taoyuan.

In 2022, based on our concept of “Taoyuan land art and culture” with emphasis on the subject “Irrigation River” , Zone Art is dedicated to planting the roots of local cultural and historical studies of the arts & culture district of Taoyuan City.

Forming our project and issue on the two disappeared rivers, we invite applicants from all art fields to make initiatives and rethinking responses to the environmental and cultural change of the city.

(1) Eligibility
• Applicants are eligible from all art fields. This open call is not limited to age, nationality, gender and occupation.

(2) Accommodation
• 13.2-square-meter private accommodation with a double bed and a desk and chair set.
• 33-square-meter communal space: Artists may use it as a studio. (Please refer to the attached file)

(3) Duration of Residency: 3 months (a period)
• The project should be executed from:
-April 2022 to June 2022 (Spring Project)
-August 2022 to October 2022 (Summer-Autumn Project)
• The project could be completed in 6 months (2 periods) if selected as a major project.

(4) Notes about the Residency Program (work equipment and assistance)
• Studio (including basic equipment in the studio) available
• Artworks made during this program should be exhibited at least once.
-We provide two different exhibition sites for artists: the river area located at the arts & culture district of Taoyuan City (exterior) and Zone Art(interior).
• Free advisory services for subsidy projects are available.
