為增進臺灣與國際藝術文化交流，讓更多國內外藝術家通過在臺北的實地生活與藝術體驗，用不拘形式之藝術創作展現對臺灣藝術與人文的獨特觀察視野，也同時活躍臺灣藝術的多元性，增進藝術的廣闊包容性與國際化，威力大岡文化基金會與大岡藝術空間共同營造一個幽靜舒適的藝術駐村之家，位於知名海景淡水漁人碼頭，沙崙海灘、海洋大學附近，空氣清新，風景秀麗，人文薈萃，交通便利，通淡水各知名景點，八里左岸、山芝，白沙灣，金山，陽明山，既有蔥鬱山景，也有浪漫迷人之海景，是藝術家潛心創作的理想之地。現開放時段，接受國內外藝術家申請入駐，最短一個月，最長三個月及半年之藝術駐村計畫：
一、駐村環境
提供全套生活機能齊全的住宿環境，可選擇
A、主臥室1間，獨立的床，衣櫃及書桌(含單獨衛浴) 。
B、客房臥室2間，獨立的床，衣櫃及書桌（共用衛浴）。
C、共用廚房（全套餐廚具）、 洗衣間（洗衣機及烘衣機）、
餐廳（冰箱） 、八樓藝術工作室、天臺 。
D、周邊交通工具：輕軌 、公車、Ubike、 WeMo 、iRent
E、提供每週清潔，免費打掃一次。
二、交通環境
A.直行5分鐘，輕軌海洋大學站
B.藝術家駐村樓下街口即公車站，大樓前面有玖翼租車
C.步行河邊步道15分鐘到沙崙海灘
D.海洋大學站有Ubike租借

四、申請條件：
1) 、凡年滿22歲以上之本國公民或外籍之藝術專業人士。
2)、 藝術種類分：視覺類、音樂、舞蹈、戲劇 ，創作題材不居但與臺灣文化相關主題為佳
3)、 視覺藝術家駐村創作主題媒材不限，平面&立體呈現皆可；建議重點在藝術發展脈絡及系列性創作。
4）、 藝術家入住分為自費&免費，若藝術家捐贈藝術品，可由威力大岡文化藝術基金會視實際評估，提供補助免費申請入住。
五、藝術家培育計畫：
1) 、藝術家駐村期間需舉辦藝術工作坊，藝術家將個人藝術轉化為藝術課程，大岡藝術空間將向社會開放體驗，讓藝術家能夠與當地民眾互動，增進一般民眾參與了解多元藝術的興趣，推廣其藝術理念。
2)、專設的形象策劃，為藝術家記錄藝術創作歷程並定期在媒體發佈藝術創作動態，並策劃舉辦展演開幕式、藝術個展及演講互動活動，為藝術家的藝術前景和市場鋪陳。

In order to promote art and cultural exchanges between Taiwan and the rest of the world, and to allow more domestic and foreign artists to live and experience art in Taipei, to show their unique vision of Taiwan's art and humanities with their art creations in various forms, and to activate the diversity of Taiwan's art as well as the inclusiveness of art, this project is a joint effort by Dagang Art Cultural Foundation & Dagang Art
Callery to create a quiet and cozy art village. In order to increase the inclusiveness and internationalization of art, Dagang Art Cultural Foundation & Dagang Art
Callery are working together to create a quiet and cozy art residency located near the famous seascape Danshuei Fisherman's Wharf, Shalun Beach, and the Ocean University, which is characterized by fresh air, beautiful scenery, humanities, and convenient transportation, and is accessible to Danshuei's famous scenic spots, such as Bali Zuoan, Shanzhi, Baishawan, Jinshan, and Yangmingshan, which is ideal for artists to create their artwork with a unique vision of Taiwan art and humanities through unconventional forms of artistic creations, as well as active of art in Taiwan, which will enhance the broader inclusiveness of art and internationalization of art. It is an ideal place for artists to create their works. We are now open to accept applications from domestic and foreign artists for a minimum of one month, a maximum of three months and half a year diversity for the Artist-in-Residence Program:
I. Residency Environment
We provide a full set of fully functional living accommodations, which can be chosen from
A. 1 master bedroom, with a separate bed, closet, and desk (including a separate bathroom).
B. 2 guest bedrooms with separate beds, closets and desks (shared bathroom).
C. Shared kitchen (full kitchens), laundry room (washer and dryer),
restaurant (refrigerator), 8th floor art studio, rooftop.
D. Peripheral transportation: light rail, bus, Ubike, WeMo, iRent
E. Weekly cleaning and free cleaning are provided.

A. Straight ahead for 5 minutes, the light rail Ocean University station
B. Artist Residency down the street that is the bus station, in front of the building there is a Nine Wings rental car company
C. Walking river walk 15 minutes to Shalun Beach
D. Ocean University station with Ubike rental

Application Criteria:
1), All local citizens or foreign art professionals who are 22 years old or above.
2) Art categories: visual, music, dance, drama, and the subject matter of the creation is not limited, but the theme related to Taiwan culture is preferred.
3) Visual artists in residence are not limited to the subject matter of the creation of media, both flat and three-dimensional presentation can be; it is recommended to focus on the artistic development and series of creations.
4) Artist residency can be self-funded or free of charge. If the artist donates artwork, Dagang Culture and Arts Foundation will provide subsidies to apply for free residency depending on the actual evaluation.
V. Artist Nurturing Program:
1) Artists are required for art workshops during their stay in the village. Artists will transform their personal art into art courses, and the Ooka Art Space will be open to the public for experience, so that artists can interact with local people, increase the general public's interest in learning about diversified art, and promote their art concepts.
2) Dedicated image planners will record the artists' art creation history and regularly publish the art creation news in the media, as well as plan and organize opening ceremonies, solo exhibitions, and lectures and interactive activities to pave the way for the artists' art prospects and markets.
