◎創作理念

本次作品延伸自「練山河」系列。「練山河」系列是將家鄉的山景以寫實的手法微縮在盆器中的系列創作，其展現的形式就是盆景畫。筆者試圖找出以盆景的形式對家鄉的山景進行微縮化的原因，初步可歸因於筆者身為歸鄉人對家鄉風景的再認識，以及對盆景微縮自然樣態這個形式的著迷。盆景微縮自然的藝術形式源自於東方，是一種以人工思維模仿自然的方式，以寓大於小的手法表現自然的意境與山水林木的縮影，盆景文化延續至今，顯示出人類對自然的嚮往與親近。而筆者將此嚮往與親近之情投射於家鄉風景，並以盆景畫的形式表現出來。

This artwork is an extension of the "Condense The Land" series, which creatively condenses the mountain landscapes of the artist's hometown into realistic representations within bonsai pots. The artist's choice of bonsai stems from a rediscovery of their hometown scenery upon returning to their roots, and a fascination with how the bonsai form can encapsulate natural landscapes.Originating from the East, bonsai is a practice that mimics nature through human interpretation, embodying artistic concepts of nature while miniaturizing landscapes. Its continued relevance in culture reflects humanity's enduring connection and yearning for nature. Through bonsai paintings, the artist conveys a deep longing and intimacy with their hometown scenery, capturing this sentiment within each miniature portrayal.
