劉默霖運⽤傳統⽔墨的皴、擦、點、染，融入⻄⽅基礎美學點、線、⾯之構成，描繪出遠看是動物輪廓，近看是⼭⽔形體的畫作，透過傳統技法結合當代思維，將動物⼭⽔的東⽅意象傳達⽔墨之本源精神，創立獨具個⼈風格的新式⽔墨。
