作品敘述
在乍看真實且理性的山形之下，山形本身卻並非真正的真實，而是藉由某種類寫實、類現實的邏輯造型，去網羅與現實經歷相當的視覺經驗，經層層疊加與交織，形塑出似山非山，是山而非山的類山水。於此種似與不似之間往返，似山的形式的確出自於山給予的經驗感知，而非山的形式卻出自於筆者意識之擬態，因此《沉默山水》除了顯現出磅礡的山水風景之外，亦可將沉默之氣息潛藏於其中，是一份蘊含個人之意識的創作圖像。
Under the seemingly real and rational shape of mountain, the shape itself is not really a reality, but a mountain-like landscape composed by layers of superimposition and interweaving of some between realistic and unrealistic logical modeling that collect visual experiences comparable to real experiences. Within the back-and-forth process between likeness and dissimilarity, the mountain-like form really comes from the experience and perception given by the mountain, while the non-mountain form comes from the mimicry of the author's consciousness. Therefore, the author’s Silent Landscape is not only a magnificent landscape, but also a creative image of personal consciousness hidden with the breath of silence.
