Except boys and girls, the images in my works are mostly composed of metal foils such as silver foil and copper foil. For me, they are not only "colors", but also "shadows". The shadow changes the sense of existence of the work. As the viewing angle changes, the metallic texture of the foil is sometimes prominent and sometimes weak, like a ghost in a mirror. This texture will become less dazzling due to exposure to the ubiquitous and essential oxygen, but even more colorful. The color of the foil changed by the chemistry of oxygen and catalysts is like the traces of time left in the world, and even more like our elapsing childhood. This is what we find in the passage and the accumulation of time, a dulling shine of astringency.
