陳怡潔現居台北，2014獲得國立台南藝術大學藝術創作理論博士。代表性的藝術創作是透過轉置動漫漫色彩，創作出系列性深具時代意義、反應大眾媒體文化，並喚起集體視覺記憶的當代藝術作品。她在專業上的表現十分傑出，如2005年以「花毛泡的星期三」一作獲台北美 術獎首獎;另受邀於亞洲文化協會獎助之日本ARCUS藝術家駐村計畫、英國文化協會獎助之藝術駐村於羅浮堡大學、以及蘇格蘭葛蘭菲迪藝術駐村等國際駐村交流計畫等，這些國際藝術交流經驗不僅激發出她更豐富的創作能量，串連了國際間交流的平台，也建構了她開闊的國際視野，2014年她受邀參加福岡亞洲藝術三年展、英國沙奇畫廊的「後波普-東⻄交匯」展出精彩的作品。近年除了藝術展演，陳怡潔也製作了許多跨界的新媒體演出，例如在台北世大運開幕典禮、101跨年煙火大秀、金鐘獎頒獎典禮中擔任影像總監與製作統籌; 2017至2022年間四度操刀策劃國慶總統府光雕展演，以及三度北門古蹟建築光雕展演，並且於2020以《世界同行.台灣耀飛-2019國慶總統府光雕展演》獲德國紅點設計獎。更多特色性的展演策劃如《嘻哈故宮-OPEN DATA 跨界文化之夜》、《寶島隨身聽-高鐵藝術計畫》、《山光脈動-跑馬古道公園夜間劇場》皆透過新媒體展現跨界文化的連結能量與未來性。這些經歷都使得她在台灣年輕藝術家中具有截然的代表性，也表徵了她是一位勇於不斷的嘗試、創新的創作者。
Agi Chen, residence in Taipei city, was awarded a doctoral degree in Art Creation and Theory at Tainan National University of the Arts in 2014; the representative masterpiece bearing time significance by changing the animation color, reacts the general media culture, and arouse contemporary art masterpiece of collective visual memory. She has an outstanding performance in professional expertise. For instance, she was awarded first place in the Taipei Arts Awards with the masterpiece” Wednesday of Hau Mau Pau.”
She was also invited by several international Art residency plans - ARCUS Art residency plan subsidized by the Asian Cultural Council, Japan, an Art residency plan in Loughborough University subsidized by the British Council, and an Art residency plan in Glenfiddich, Scotland. These international art interaction experiences stimulated her with even more abundant creative power, connected the global interaction platform, and constructed her with a broadened global vision.
2014 she was invited and attended the Fukuoka Asian Art triennial, Post Pop: East Meets West of Saatchi gallery in the UK, to present the wonderful and brilliant masterpiece. In recent years, she also produced many presentations on border-crossing of new media, for instance, the opening ceremony of XXIX Summer Universiade, TAIPEI 101 New Year Show, the visual director and production supervisor of Golden Bell Awards;Four times of Projection mapping from 2017 to 2022 in the Presidential Office on National Day, three times of Projection Mapping Show Featuring the North Gate (Beimen), Also won the design award in Germany Red Dot award with Projection Mapping Show on the 108th National Day of the Republic of China (Taiwan) in 2020. The more presentation with features such as “Hip Hop Night at NPM Southern Branch of National Palace Museum”, "Formosa Walkman, the High-Speed Rail Art Project, and 2021 Paoma Historic Trail Park”+ The Night Theater of Lights from Mountains were all present through border-crossing culture’s energy connection and futuristic of the new media.
All the experience made her become the representation of a young artist in Taiwan and also symbolized her as a creator who constantly tries something new and always does something have not been done before.
