大河美術 River Art：【產地到餐桌】楊博堯個展

楊博堯，1981年生於台灣台中。此次個展《產地到餐桌》旨在探討當代食品高度工業化下食物生產與消費的議題，楊博堯透過「樂高玩具人」將自我形象隱身其中扮演各種角色，引領觀者以客觀視角參與一幕幕詭異、挑釁又逗趣的超現實劇場，由此反思自我與消費社會的關係以及飲食行為背後蘊含的社會意義。

Yang Bo-Yao was born in 1981 in Taichung, Taiwan. The purpose of this solo exhibition “From Origin to the Table” lies in exploring the theme of food production and consumption under the contemporary food industry's high degree of development. Concealing his self-image within a "giant man made of Legos" to play multiple different roles, Yang leads audiences to take an objective perspective to engage in scene after scene of surreal theatre that are somehow strange, provocative and yet amusing, all at the same time. From this, we can reflect on the relationship between self and consumer society along with the social significance behind our diet behaviors.
