「那是我人生製冷三十三年第一次看到雪，新聞說那天北極震盪效果，有可能下雪，那天我就故意不上班了，開著我心愛的轟打車一路開進山裡，路上被攔檢，我騙了交管警察說親戚住在裡面，車後來開到山頂附近的停車裡場裡，剛到時候是零度，地上很多雪，路邊還看見霧松喔，站著還能看到遠方的那山頭的雪，就這樣完成了我第一次在山頭看雪的經驗。」

展場中展示了藝術家與冷氣師傅來回通信的風景明信片，兩人討論著如何在一個地下室的展場空間，完成一件藝術家委託冷氣師傅在展場製作因溫差而起霧的玻璃裝置的可能。那件起霧氣玻璃的風景裝置，是藝術家一次在瑞士旅行前往天使山的路上，坐在車廂座位上從起霧玻璃窗望向看出去的雪景畫面，「那是怎樣的冷？怎樣的畫面？」在兩人來回通信如何製作裝置過程，藝術家不斷以文字描述來自遙遠的瑞士雪山上的風景，而從未去過天使山的師傅，也嘗試以自己製作冷氣近三十年經驗揣摩著那裡的冷，那是藝術家與冷氣師傅，在來回對話中，一位年輕藝術家描述與近中年的冷氣師傅回想，在各自腦海記憶中偏向出兩種時間裡天使山的冷……

The concept for this exhibition features the coldness that has always existed in the exhibition venue as its medium. Viewers are introduced to the exhibition hall through this oft-neglected coldness. With installations emitting mist created through temperature differences and the narration of dialogue through scenic postcards, viewers gets to physically experience the existence of coldness. At the same time, through memories of dialogues between the creator and the air conditioning engineer, two different characters’ imaginative narratives regarding coldness are created. By depicting the scenery of Engelberg in Switzerland, the exhibition attempts to integrate two narratives about their respective timelines to connect imaginations of distant places.

This exhibition is a gift that carries snowy scenery from faraway Switzerland for a father who has been working in an air-conditioning company for most of his life.
