Artemis Art很榮幸地在臺北藝境畫廊舉行首次聯展。de facto一展匯集印尼 日惹共計四位藝術家近期創作，包含：戴狄·蘇非阿迪、印德拉·多迪、發德里·阿比迪與羅比·發索尼。

四位藝術家的創作無疑皆是獨一無二的。每一幅作品皆富含獨特的視覺表現、形式與意涵。而儘管別具一格，仍能歸結出共同的脈絡－那便是日惹獨特的社會結構，即印尼豐富歷史文化資產的縮影。藝術家們透過各自不同的觀點，將同一片社會文化風景的面貌，以與眾不同的表述方式呈現。

引用蘇菲主義詩人-賈拉爾·阿德-丁·魯米（Jalal ad-Din Rumi, 1207-1273）的詩句：「不同的光明，皆綻放著相同的璀璨。」而那璀璨正代表著孕育出四位藝術家的日惹文化，也是本展的核心價值。


Artemis Art is pleased to present our first group exhibition held in ARTDOOR Gallery Taipei. de facto brings together recent works by four visual artists based in Yogyakarta, Indonesia: Dedy Sufriadi, Indra Dodi, M. Fadhlil Abdi, and Robi Fathoni.

Clearly, the works by these four artists are distinct, each with their unique mode of visual expression, form, and ideas. Despite the uniqueness of each artist’s works, there is a common thread that binds them. And that thread is the Reality of Being-spun from the unique social fabric that is Yogyakarta, which in itself is a microcosm of what Indonesia represents, a rich tapestry of cultures, heritages and histories. The individual expressions of this reality may be unique, but they are in fact different perspectives, colored by each individual’s own experience, of the same social landscape within which they reside.

To quote the Sufi poet Jalal ad-Din Rumi, “the lamps may be different, but the Light remains the same”. And that Light – the social fabric within a common world all four live in – is the de facto that binds.
