給予觀看者看藝術品的滿足感？

相信在尋覓中，

便能在一個地方，
或是你所熟悉與不熟悉的各個地方，
發現抽象影像背後的張力。

抽象城市，將存在於城市中的日常生活、文化背景、都市景物、故事情感等等，藉由抽象攝影概念發掘更多層面的意義與視野。不管是視覺上的抽象抑或是觀念上的抽象，藝術家藉由他們獨特的攝影視角，隨著自己眼睛所見、心靈所感受到的畫面，一張一張拍下，有些看不出是什麼，有些深藏著所不能言語，影像抽象又簡約，甚至平淡無奇，日常生活舉目可見，卻能藉由攝影呈現特殊面貌，讓觀看者思考與解讀潛藏在作品背後肉眼無法觀看到的價值，在照片上的傳達若干意涵。

法國藝術家卡佑民，來台灣之前已長期居住於亞洲華語圈，在廣播電視界相當活躍，擔任主持及代言人，錄製過跨文化音樂專輯。從小深受熱愛藝術的母親影響，將藝術本能及敏感度發揮於攝影嗜好。他發現了攝影的「負片效果」，從2007年創造「不僅止於負片」攝影概念，帶著高度興趣鑽研下，開始發展此一系列作品，於2017年在「台灣法國文化協會」舉行生平第一次的攝影個展《不僅止於負片》。並榮獲法國在台協會代表法國政府頒授「法國文學與藝術騎士勳章」，肯定卡佑民在海外發揚法國藝術與文化的貢獻。
在正片世界裡我們覺得漂亮的事物，轉成負片後並沒有如此亮麗，而生活周遭不起眼的物件，反而帶來不同的趣味，作品印刷在畫布上，並於負片效果裡輸入我們平時忽略的畫面與感官視角，如同進入另一個世界般。

台灣藝術家顏子淞，影像創作超過12年，受到攝影家 “柯特茲” 與 “布列松” 的影響甚鉅，早期作品都是以黑白底片作進行創作。影像內容具黑色幽默，有時候像是若有似無的在暗示著什麼，透過獨特的觀察力，帶來一連串富有想像空間的影像。在早期的報導式攝影後，「抽象、極簡主義」是藝術家致力發展的重點，「Nowhere」、「Diagonal」系列深獲日本與法國藝廊評審青睞，顏子淞特殊的視角，讓建築、物件、空間，呈現令人好奇的抽象視角，是如何構圖的呢？在他的鏡頭下顯得深刻的極簡風格，色調乾淨簡約，舒適又高雅的質感。這些影像也與我們生活周遭景觀有著相同之處，同時也反覆審視看似虛擬卻又真實的影像場域，讓我們熟悉或不熟悉的地點呈現不同的奇觀特質。


台灣藝術家蘇厚文，於今年2017年獲得「台北國際當代藝術博覽會-專家面對面攝影專區入選」以「台北國際攝影藝術交流展入選」。
「HARD TO SAY」系列，依造場地建構此系列的影像敘事，是蘇厚文自身漫遊城市經驗，將自身觸動的心情透過影響詮釋出更逼真的城市幻象與自我窺視。他隨著意識而移動，乘坐交通工具時，感受馬達的震動與聲響、離心力的晃動、擁擠的人群碰觸等等，藉由攝影的手法，拍下反射出自身思緒的瞬間，即便是日常隨處的游移，或是城市生活中繁忙步調下轉瞬即逝的場境，透過他微妙且直覺性的攝影鏡頭下，彷彿閱讀著一本故事書或看了一場微電影，「HARD TO SAY」難以言喻。

來自義大利薩丁尼亞島 Sardinia，生活於英國倫敦的 Michele Ardu，其紀實攝影作品已經在國際間展露頭角並屢次獲獎。「Musica 樂貌」是他第一個抽象概念的攝影作品，而台灣更是亞洲的首站。藝術家 Michele 透過攝影作為與世界溝通與傳遞的橋樑，隨著生活經歷變化尋找創作養分，最終聚焦在流動的情感之間。城市最重要的構成不是建築物，''人''才是城市的主體。Michele Ardu 將人的情感與不斷變化的生命份量轉化爲影像，並仔細去體會與品嚐。在''聆聽''聲音的形狀時，那是一首能讓我們憶起各種畫面及思緒的歌、也能讓人沈浸在回憶中，並在奇幻世界中自在翱翔。“Musica 樂貌” 讓回憶及樂曲有著新型態的自在，進而繪出聲音的輪廓。如果你未曾見過聲音的面貌，這將會是你從所未有的第一次！


台灣藝術家余梓勤，電影美術出身，為劇場、影像與電影攝影，是為自由影像工作者，曾獲台北國際攝影藝術獎（Wonder Foto Award）評審獎，也深受知名廣告公司品牌策展總監的喜愛。
他的攝影視角有一種真實與不真實感的曖昧存在，敘述不多，不需特別解釋，只要觀看，就會莫名地進入作品裡濃厚的故事情感。
對余梓勤的影像來說，拍攝像是一種主觀的行為，不需太多客觀的解釋。他抽離生活經驗，用屬於自己的藝術性，透過攝影傳達含義。「鐵捲門」系列是以台灣夜晚，住商房屋無營業之時，拉下鐵捲門的景象。封閉、雜亂及色彩等元素，藉由攝影重構、堆疊，將日常舉目可見的鐵捲門，賦予一種超脫日常的視覺張力與想像空間，一種失落與缺席的社會夜晚。而依造色彩元素不同的重構，又呈現了另一種台灣城市夜間獨特的熱鬧與繽紛。



｜ 卡佑民Kayoumin ｜
Kayoumin was born in France. He has been living in the Asian language circle for a long time before coming to Taiwan. He is very active in the radio and television industry.
He hosted shows in radios and TVs, regularly wrote columns and was one of the ambassadors for Guangzhou daily, he also produced and performed a singing record combining French and Chinese chansons.He inherited his mother artistic temper and emotions, and develop in photography hobby. He discovered a photographic effect called “Negative” in 2007,
that he studied the specificities for many years as a hobby, and began this series. In 2017, the "Alliance française de Taïwan" held his first photo exhibition "Not Totally Negative". He received the French "Ordre des Arts et des Lettres" by the French Association of Taiwan on behalf of the French government awards, also affirmed his contribution to the development of French art and culture overseas.

The things we feel beautiful in the positive film world might not be equally splendid in the negative film.

His photographic works printed on the canvas in the negative effect, also input which we usually ignore the screen and sensory perspective. It just like bring us to enter another world.


｜顏子淞Tzu-Sung Yen｜
Tzu-Sung Yen has been producing works for more than 12 years. Inspired by Henri Cartier-Bresson his early works were photographed by the black-and-white negative in the snapshot. The images were involved in imagination with a series of black humor accompanied. Sometimes, the images seem implicit. Nevertheless, the artist applies those to the contemporary phenomenon.
In addition to documentary photography, the artist has devoted himself to abstraction and minimalism recently. Not only does he illuminate his own life experiences but also interprets the particular ones by series works. In the recent years, he lays emphasis on the interpretation and deliberation about the memories along with space.

｜ 蘇厚文Su Hou Wen｜
Taiwanese artist Su Hou Wen received the "Yung Art Taipei - Photo Eye" and "Taipei International Photography Art Exhibition" awards in 2017.
"HARD TO SAY" series is according to his experience when he roaming in the city, and create to his photographic works. He used photography to show more realistic urban illusions. When he travels with the movement of consciousness, that feel the vibration and sound of the motor, the centrifugal force of the shaking, crowded crowd touch, etc. He photographed and reflected the moment of his thoughts, even if the daily wandering anywhere, or the busy pace of urban life under the fleeting scene. As if reading a storybook or reading a microfilm from his subtle and intuitive photographic lens. "HARD TO SAY" is hard to say.


｜ Michele Ardu ｜
Michele Ardu was born in Sardinia, Italy and living in London, the U.K. He is an artist who uses photography to connect with the World and its essence, focusing with his camera on the sentiments which move life experience. His work has been awarded internationally and published widely in prestigious publications. “ Musica “ is his first conceptual abstract photography artwork, and in Taiwan takes place it's first Asian exhibition.
The most dominant component of the city is not the architectures, “people” is the main character of a city. His aim is to translate into images the experience of life and the volubility and fugacity of it. As sounds and music help our mind to travel with fantasy, so does “Musica”, presenting to the audience photographs of the shapes of sound.
“Musica” gives new freedom of expression to memories and melodies.

｜ 余梓勤Yu Tzu Chin ｜
Yu Tzu Chin graduated from the Department of Film and Fine Arts, employed in theater, video and film photography. He is freelancer now. He has won the Taipei International Photography Award (Wonder Foto Award) assessment award, but also by the well-known advertising company brand director of the favorite.
His “overhead door” series is the night of Taiwan, which is reconstructs the cluttered colors in the image and stacks it into this series. The photo presents a detachment of everyday visual tension with imagination, that not only showing a lost and absent social night but also showing lively and colorful unique city night in Taiwan.

“A conspicuous or unusual object is normally overlooked when an observer sets his/her vision focused on a certain area or an ongoing event.
It could occur even if the appearance of the object is eye-catching and enormous.This kind of phenomenon is called “Inattentional Blindness”.

If we only acknowledge the images that are encoded in our minds, should the existence of a living object in which we excluded from our memory be considered "existing" at all?

A frame of a neatly designed scene; A piece of adjourned majestic architecture, these are examples of existing objects. Something exists actually in the reality, while at the same time, impossible to find a trace of the memory.” - Yu Tzu Chin
