這件作品表達了佛教深層教義中所謂的悲智雙運，即為了達到實踐佛法的終極目標：開悟，我們需要在智慧（舍利子）和慈悲（寧次）之間取得平衡，畫作中的太陽和月亮即為智慧和慈悲的雙法輪，引領著人們走向正法之路。

This is an interoperation of a profound Buddhist teaching that to attain enlightenment, which is the end goal of the dharma practice, we need balance between “Sherab” or wisdom, and “Nyinjye” or compassion. These are twin wheels, represented by the sun and moon, leading our Dharma path.
