1990年，麗品藝術負責人李麗娜女士係台灣藝術拍賣公司「傳家藝術」創辦人之一並任總監一職，其後於「慶宜藝術拍賣公司」股東兼藝術總監。多年從事台灣藝術市場拍賣，第二藝術市場交流和藝術品鑑定、估價等工作，因工作忙碌於1998年休息離開拍賣公司，移民海外。由於對藝術的愛好，憑著多年的經驗，於2008年開設了麗品藝術，為對外開放之展覽空間並推廣藝術文化，提供一個欣賞藝術的空間，讓喜好藝術收藏成為生活的一部份。
經營內容為二十世紀華人藝術: 台灣前輩藝術家與中國藝術家，他們具有台灣和中國美術史重要地位。麗品藝術於2013年6月成立麗品畫廊，志在推廣國內外當代藝術，並經紀幾位當代藝術家作為畫廊長期栽培對象，另不定期與原創性高的年輕藝術家合作舉辦展覽。麗品藝術想做的是「藝術史脈絡和豐富的社會文化背景下，交織出不同時期的藝術家，從美術館的經典畫家到中壯輩的當代藝術再到年輕的藝術新秀。」如此多元的文化個性，交織成一場豐盛的藝術饗宴。

In 1990, Ms. Lina Lee was the co-founder of an auction house "Heritage Art" served as artistic director, followed by the "Qing Yi Art auction company" as a shareholder and artistic director. She engaged in the art sale, appraisal, and art market valuation for many years. LIPEN Art Galerie was opened in the 2008 while the economic is downturn. LIPEN Art galerie is an open space promoting art and culture for the appreciation of the arts.
LIPEN Art Galerie focuses on two parts, the modern art, from early twentieth including representative masters of Taiwan and China artists. The LIPEN Art Galerie is having another branch – also named the LIPEN Art Galerie – founded in Anhe Road, Taipei in June, 2013. The new branch primarily commissions contemporary local artists of Taiwan and from overseas countries; in the meanwhile, we manage exclusively the most important contemporary artists of Taiwan and cooperate with new talented artists as well.
