潘信華，1966年生於台東太麻里，畢業於臺北藝術大學美術系。以傳統六朝春蠶吐絲描繪的技法實踐於作品當中，夾雜著劇場情境從中心向外四散開展的構圖是對古地圖的擬仿，一方面刻意模仿古畫的繪畫肌理，一方面又將現今的生態環境、珍禽異獸、當代符碼羅列於繪畫當中，構成活生生的奇景世界。作品獲國立臺灣美術館、臺北市立美術館、高雄市立美術館、關渡美術館、波士頓美術館等地收藏。

Pan Hsin-Hua was born in 1966 in Taimali, Taitung, Taiwan. He graduated from BA Fine Arts at Taipei National University of the Arts. Pan Hsin-Hua practiced the ancient hairspring outlining method in his works. The composition scattered from the center to the outside mixed with the theater scene is a simulacrum of ancient maps. On the one hand, he deliberately imitated the painting texture of ancient paintings, on the other hand, he put current living environment, rare birds or exotic animals, and contemporary symbols into his paintings, forming a living wonderland. His artworks were collected in National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts, Taipei Fine Arts Museum, Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts, Kuandu Museum of Fine Arts, Museum of Fine Arts, Boston.
