Get ready for a breathtaking artistic odyssey as the 2024 International Venice Art Exhibition sets sail at Palazzo Albrizzi-Capello on July 27. This 17th-century Renaissance palace in the heart of Venice becomes a canvas for innovative expression, as an international gathering of elite artists converges to push the boundaries of creativity.
The theme of ＆#039;transcendence＆#039; serves as a catalyst, encouraging participants to bridge conceptual, geographical, chronological, and medium-specific divides, yielding fresh perspectives that redefine the limits of art. Representing a kaleidoscope of cultures and disciplines, these visionary artists transcend linguistic and temporal barriers to coalesce in Venice, sparking a maelstrom of creative energy.
The curatorial vision of Mr. Dino Tsai and Dr. Rochelle Yang takes an avant-garde approach, defying conventions by merging diverse art forms – paintings, mixed media, installations, experimental fashion, digital arts, and AI films – into an immersive experience. This bold fusion creates an otherworldly atmosphere, reminiscent of Venice＆#039;s eternal mystique.
