一場當代視覺藝術的試驗。展覽的主軸試圖將近代殖民歷史比擬為混雜、價值嵌入、多元立場交織而成的不明確、有可能令人產生恐懼感的喀邁拉，而藝術家或者觀者是有法術得以符咒施法，緩慢甚至定格這段時間的道士，再用哈利波特的開鎖咒語剖析、提煉與解咒之後，激發出現什麼樣的被殖民者體悟或提問？

Chimera originates from Greek mythology, referring to a hybrid monster of lion head, goat corpse and snake tail who breathes fire. If we compare the recent colonial history as the uncertain, seemingly horrifying chimera, composed by hybridity, embedded values and multi-standpoints, and the artists as the Taoist priests who can slow down or even fixate the time with Harry Potter’s unlocking charm, Alohomora, what would happen after the artists analyze, extract and remove the spells? What kind of reflections and inquiries of being colonized will arise?
