作品敘述：
為了紀錄四季變遷,我每年有畫下周圍環境第一支花的習慣.
畫面中間的主角- - Scarlet Banksia ,屬佛塔樹屬，又稱班克木 .
歷年來我醉心於研究過眾多柔美細緻的花種,卻始終對於這種強壯的木質屬的植物情有獨鍾. 這種灌木屬的某些種類有個非常特殊的特性-種子透過山林大火燒裂外殼後,種子蹦出後傳播. 澳洲的森林大火幾乎每年都有,但也延伸出各種因應嚴苛環境狀況的特有土生植物. 這種特殊的傳播方式讓我聯想到浴火重生的意境. -現在遇到的挑戰或是困難, 會帶來全新的未來.

金合歡,相思樹屬,同時也是澳洲的國花. 每逢花季如絨球般盛開的金黃色花朵- 金合歡象徵希望,快樂,友誼.
同時還幾個浪漫的花語: 「祕密的愛」,與 「此時此刻的快樂」, 與 「一個全新的開始」.
這幅作品整體色彩明亮，筆觸大膽順暢. 大尺寸原畫完美呈現細節, 適合客廳, 玄關,大堂, 會議室等主要位置, 歡迎與這幅原作有緣的藏家收藏.

To experience the seasons, it has become a routine of mine to paint the first bloom around my surroundings, during its flowering season. This artwork was inspired by a day trip to Sassafras, Victoria. This beautiful Scarlet Banksia lay on top of a bunch of wattle caught my attention.

Banksia coccinea, native to Western Australia, also known as the scarlet banksia, waratah banksia or Albany banksia, is an erect shrub or small tree in the family Proteaceae. Banksia coccinea plants are killed by bushfire and regenerate from seed.
Banksia symbolizes rebirth and new beginnings. To move on from the past courageously, to have the strength to look forward to tomorrow.
Wattle flower – the symbol of life, renewal and potential. The green and gold are the national colours of Australia, first used in 1899.

All the native blossoms bloom gloriously like a warming sun. Therefore, I have the title - Outshine the Light, for this particular artwork.

Flowers always bloom in their own time without competing with other flowers. May we all bloom in our time in the best season. Hope you enjoy this artwork of mine.
