大河美術 River Art：【產地到餐桌】楊博堯個展

大河美術將於「2016台北國際藝術博覽會」舉辦新銳藝術家楊博堯最新系列個展《產地到餐桌》。本展自2012年開始籌備至今已達四年之久，將在84平方米的空間內，展出八件大幅油畫作品，以美術館等級的方式呈現，期望帶給觀眾耳目一新、身歷其境的臨場感！楊博堯也將於展覽期間親臨會場，不定時進行導覽，誠摯歡迎您蒞臨觀展！

【展覽簡介】
楊博堯，1981年生於台灣台中。此次個展《產地到餐桌》旨在探討當代食品高度工業化下食物生產與消費的議題，楊博堯透過「樂高玩具人」將自我形象隱身其中扮演各種角色，引領觀者以客觀視角參與一幕幕詭異、挑釁又逗趣的超現實劇場，由此反思自我與消費社會的關係以及飲食行為背後蘊含的社會意義。

RIVER ART is going to hold the emerging artist Yang Bo-Yao's solo exhibition ”From Place of Origin to the Table” with his latest series at Art Taipei 2016. In the four year since 2012 when arrangements began, this exhibition with eight large oil paintings is expected to be displayed in a space of 84 m² and high-quality as in art museums, in the hope of bringing viewers a refreshing feeling of novelty and newness with an impression of actively experiencing the scene. During the exhibition, Yang Bo-Yao will be in attendance and give irregular guided tours. We cordially invite you to join the exhibition!

【Introduction】
Yang Bo-Yao was born in 1981 in Taichung, Taiwan. The purpose of this solo exhibition “From Origin to the Table” lies in exploring the theme of food production and consumption under the contemporary food industry's high degree of development. Concealing his self-image within a "giant man made of Legos" to play multiple different roles, Yang leads audiences to take an objective perspective to engage in scene after scene of surreal theatre that are somehow strange, provocative and yet amusing, all at the same time. From this, we can reflect on the relationship between self and consumer society along with the social significance behind our diet behaviors.
