1996年出生於臺灣宜蘭的黃琳穎，2020年畢業於國立臺灣藝術大學美術學系學士，現就讀於國立臺灣藝術大學美術學系碩士。

她在平面創作上試著用第三人稱的視角去旁觀這世界，以影像作為構圖的基礎，透過攝影鏡頭退一步觀察人與人、人與物、人與環境之間的互動，並用自己的繪畫語言，回應她對這個世界的感受，一種相對冷靜的、不溫不火的。

Born in Yilan, Taiwan in 1996, she graduated from the National Taiwan University of Arts with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in 2020, and is currently studying for a Master of Fine Arts at the National Taiwan University of Arts.
