1995年出生於台灣桃園，畢業於國立臺北藝術大學美術系大學及研究所，曾獲「世安美學獎」 (2022)、中國信託當代繪畫獎入選(2021)、鴻梅新人獎視覺創作類入圍(2021)、龍顏藝術創作獎優選(2019、 2021)、台北炫光計畫首獎(2015)。 傅寧成長於網路影像快速傳播的世代，他關注影像與藝術的關係，從 Instagram「限實動態」擷取眾多來自自己或他人的影像進行變造，如窺視般的細小關注和凝視，與碎瑣、失靈、脆弱的視覺經驗透過身體、筆觸去重塑觀看影像帶來的感性，經由圖層、色彩、造型的安排，以及對畫布、 框架、邊界的思考與解構，在不斷拆解與重組中找尋新的可能，去玩味畫布表層非透視的繪畫空間。
Fu Ning was born in Taoyuan, Taiwan in 1995 and graduated from the Institute of Fine Arts at Taipei National University of the Arts. She has gained accolades such as the “Shi-An Aesthetics Award” (2022), selection for the CTBC Contemporary Painting Award (2021), nomination for the Hong Mei New Talent Award in Visual Creation (2021), honorable mention in the Lung Yen Art Creation Award(2019, 2021), and the First Prize of Glare Project Taipei (2015). FU Ning, growing up in the generation of rapid internet image dissemination, focuses on the relationship between images and art. She extracts numerous images from Instagram‘s “Stories” feature, whether sourced from herself or others, and undergoes transformations. Through a voyeuristic-like attention and gaze, she explores the intricacies of these images, as well as the fragmented, malfunctioning, and fragile visual experiences. With her body and brushstrokes, she reshapes the sensibilities evoked by viewing these images. By arranging layers, colors, and forms, and contemplating and deconstructing the canvas, frame, and boundaries, she engages in an exploration of the non-perspective pictorial space on the canvas’s surface. Through continuous disassembly and reassembly, she seeks new possibilities in her art.
