當代生活中的謠言、疫情與感染等現象，影響了人們的生活方式。在我們面臨天災、疾病與世界的動盪的困難之下，展覽以口語且正向的祝福期許為開端。中藥行包裝袋上的「祝您健康快樂」，不僅醫囑叮嚀早日康復的常見印刷字樣，此視覺印記更充滿著既正念又復古的祝福表達，但也同時隱喻著世代環境所面臨的苦難與心境上的不安。以祝福話語文字隱含的雙面性，隱喻藝術於生活中所創造出的想像與間隙。

本展覽以檔案文件，呈現策劃的思辨過程，並展出新竹市文化局五件典藏作品，以及七組當代藝術創作。檔案部分，包含政府治理的衛教宣傳、部分需隔離的重大疾病與現代疫情的對照等，例如1926年衛生展覽會海報，警察化身為「南無警察大菩薩」，期望透過信仰與治理的隱喻渡化眾生苦厄。典藏品則包含在地廟宇、教堂與聖經故事等在地題材，當代藝術作品則涵蓋衛生陶瓷、驅邪儀式與隔絕經驗等不同視角展開。

本展試圖以信仰、治理與新生活等不同軸線，開展多元的切入視角。其中例如民眾如何看待困境、政府如何透過治理及政策等權力面對問題。展覽透過各種向度，探討政治與信仰的可能關係。回應囊括如何影響著人們的過去、現在，並且帶著此歷史記憶與生活經驗，共同展望新的未來。

Disinformation, the pandemic, and contamination have greatly affected the lives of the people in the current times. Under the difficulties of natural disasters, diseases, and turmoils of the world, the exhibition begins with the colloquial expression of a blessing. Taken from the printed text on Chinese Medicine packaging, the catchphrase ‘Wish you health and happiness’ reveals a visual imprint carrying the nostalgic expression of a hopeful message in a time of suffering and unease of the soul. The metaphorical catchphrase points to the imagination and alternative for life made possible through art.

The exhibition presents the process of curatorial execution through archival documents, showcasing five works collected by the Hsinchu City Cultural Bureau, as well as works of seven contemporary artists. The archives include health education propaganda under national governance, quarantine requirements for major diseases, modern pandemics, etc. For instance, the health exhibition poster of 1926 has the police as ‘Namo jing cha da pu sa’ (The Police Bodhisattva). The image intends to transfer blessings through the metaphor of belief and governance. Works from the collection centre on themes of local temples, churches and biblical stories, while contemporary works cover sanitary ceramics, rituals of exorcism, and lockdown experiences from multiple perspectives.
