【藝術家展覽論述】
權力運行於各種制度網絡的分散場域中,而性驅動力是一個不斷被壓抑的東西,是權力關係轉手的地方。性之所以好用,不是因為它是權力關係中最狂野的,而是因為性有最大的可利用性與權力。權力的策略是想抗拒性、控制性、調節性、只生產可以接受的知識。這些策略反而把性生產出來。性不是權力極力要控制的天生驅力,它像是一個表面的網絡,身體的刺激、愉悅的強化、論述的引發、知識的形成、控制與抗拒的增強都在轉手之間成立相連。
權力像是一整套力量與身體的技術,藉由控制與依賴而支配我的身體。我常常希望它並不藉著性的壓抑而運作權力,而是藉著性事論述的生產和擁有「性生理要求」的主體而運作。過去社會把這種要求關係投注於人與地位的連結象徵,而後因經濟政治結構上的重大變化而有新的性部署加諸其上,但還是扣連了舊的權力。性部署以越來越細微的方式來增值、革新、侵吞、創造、穿透身體,以越來越廣泛的方式來控制群體。製造有性的身體,能使它在常態化的權力網絡中受到雕琢。
身體感覺、愉悅品質、印象性質。權力敘述因此成為感情、感覺、愛情的必然中心,也成為亂倫的溫床。
【八娜娜簡歷】
國立台南藝術大學造形藝術研究所畢,現於國立高雄師範大學跨領域藝術研究所就讀。
以《無家緣系列》、《成為公主之前-地獄野谷》獲國藝會2012及2016年創作補助。近年參與作品包括2014年《不純》、第七屆草草藝術節《野餐》、2015年擔任周慶輝《人的莊園》靜動態攝影協力、阿川國際行為藝術節《行為愛上詩》、台南321小戲節《棄‧時間的聲音並不哀傷》協力、台南藝術節EX-亞洲劇團《馬頭人頭馬》協力等。2016年參與深圳雨谷國際行為藝術節、新樂園《微物之境》新秀、台南321小戲節《耳邊風工作室—悲劇的靜止》。2017年包括有今秋藝術節《種子落地》北管實驗音樂劇場〈舞者〉、阿川國際行為藝術節《多歧》行為表演,以及台南321小戲節《阮劇團—禁止使用2.0》等作品。

Power works in various fields of different systems and sex drive, a place where powers pass from one to another, is something constantly repressed. The reason that sex is useful does not rely in the assumption that it is the wildest in power, but in the fact that it is consisted of the greatest availability and power. The strategy of power is to resist, control and adjust sex and is only capable of producing acceptable knowledge. However, the strategy alike nevertheless generates sex. Sex is not a natural drive that power tries to control. Sex is like a web of surface, the stimulus of body, the enhancement of pleasure, the initiation of discourse and the production of knowledge. The increase of control and resist connects while passing from one to another.
Power is like a technique of energy and body, dominating my body through control and reliance. I often hope that it works by the production of sex discourse and the subjective possession of sexual desire rather than manipulates power through the repression of sex. In the past, the desire was reflected on the symbol of man and status. Due to the structural change of economics and politics, the new deployment of sex is applied on it but the old form of power remains. The deployment of sex increases its value, innovates, invades, creates and goes through body in a subtler way. It controls groups more extensively, making a body of sex polished in a normal power net.
Body sensation, the quality of pleasure, and the nature of impression. The power discourse therefore becomes a center for relationship, feeling and love, as well as a bed for incest.
