These circular paintings Sunrise, Moonrise, depict the waves on which life moves forward. Day and night, waking and sleeping we progress in life following the cyclic rhythm of nature in all of its colour and unpredictability. The round shape and the patterns used are reminiscent of embroideries giving the work a dreamy nature.
